Lopezhouse – Crosses and Angels Feat. Angela (inc Guy J Remix) [Plattenbank]

Pacha Resident DJ Lopezhouse, has released music on Dirtybird to Flow Musique, and have collaborated with Djuma Soundsystem. Having a post punk attitude, inspired by the likes of LCD Soundsystem and Depeche Mode, but then mixed with the sublties of old school Detroit techno.

Landing at the amazing Plattenbank with ‘Crosses and Angels’, meaning serious business and featuring the excellent Angela to add the icing to the cake. Dreamy warmth, boosted by the beautiful vocals, but surrounded with a deeper feel and coated in beautiful subtle effects. This is one of those tracks that just gets hold of you, and doesn’t let go.

The arduous task of remixing such a gem, can only got to a master of sound. And label friend and favourite Guy J takes control. Adding a skipper groove, some tripped out delays and creating a wondrous journey oozing of quality. This is like blanket wrapping around you, reassuring you that everything is beautiful.
